Social Worker Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Stafford Healthcare, a leader in skilled and long term nursing, seeks a compassionate, competent social worker with experience in fast paced skilled nursing setting to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Proficiency in MDS 3.0 with the ability to demonstrate core social work competencies, Knowledge of DSHS aging and disability services,HMO's and Medicare. Expectations include maintaining accurate and complete records, the ability to develop and maintain positive working rapport with multidisciplinary team and community partners as well as excellent customer service with our patient population. Should be self motivated with the ability to multi task in a high volume environment.
