The individual in this position will courteously answer inbound phone calls from prospective customers who want the product; close the sale by applying the Great Falls Marketing (GFM) sales process, read sales scripts for each client campaign as directed by the client and trained by the company and type order information into the Great Falls Marketing computer system. Flexible scheduling. Overnights in Auburn with an additional $2 an hour differential.

Recommended Skills & Sales Professional Responsibilities:
High school Diploma or equivalent
Answers phones and speaks with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Applies the GFM sales process to all calls; pitches cross sells, add-on services and clubs when applicable.
Handles every phone call with integrity and honesty.
Attends mandatory training sessions as required.
Keeps work area clean and organized.
Responsible for having a clear understanding and knowledge of Great Falls Marketing products and services.
Works scheduled hours and provides proper notification to management in the event of absence or tardiness.
Other duties as assigned by Sales Management.
