WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for technicians that have a high degree of integrity and technical knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems. Here is a short list of our needs: ?? 2 years technical support/help desk experience preferred ?? Microsoft Certified Professional and/or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Windows Server 2003 / 2008 ?? Proven effectiveness at technical troubleshooting ?? Willingness to "pitch in" as a member of the Service Center team, to ensure that overall SC standards are consistently met ?? Ability to recognize when he/she needs help, or when a technical issue requires escalation to a higher-level engineer ?? Willingness to take ownership for job responsibilities and drive change and performance with limited direction ?? Ability to resolve technical service requests of clients ?? Recognition of, and empathy for, client expectations, business needs, frustrations and concerns ?? Experience following written procedures and documenting work ??
