Your Role
As our Sr. Bookkeeper / Jr. Accountant, you will be responsible for helping to prepare monthly financial statements, maintaining our invoice database, and performing relevant analytics. You will report directly to the CFO, while being able to work proactively and independently. We are looking for someone who is;
Motivated, and professional, with excellent analytical skills
Obsessively attentive to detail and committed to excellence
Proficient in Excel and Quickbooks / Xero accounting software (required), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Excellent knowledge of bank reconciliations, P&L statements, general ledgers
Thrives in a challenging, constantly changing environment requiring continual adjustment
Highly loyal, dedicated and driven
No ego / "can do" attitude
Work/internship experience in finance/accounting and/or bookkeeping
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $1,800.00 to $2,400.00 /month
Required experience:
