Open Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Start Date: Late August, 2017
Pay/Structure: Full-time Salaried Exempt
Up to $65K - DOE
Benefits: Eligible for group Insurance and Company benefits on the first day of the month following a 60 day introductory period

Overall Job Summary: Responsible for all daily dining operations in multiple outlets. Responsible for running all member and outside events. Hires, trains and supervises subordinates and implements SOP?s to ensure processes of delivering service are met and exceeded.
Reports to : Assistant GM/Clubhouse Manager Direct Reports: Dining Room Manager, Bar Supervisor

Reliable/Hard working & works well with others
Career Path in Food & Beverage Management / Hospitality
Private Club Experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-pasted environment
Intermediate Computer Skills (i.e. word, excel, publisher, photo shop)
Duties ( not all listed ):
Serves as manager-on-duty when present and Supervises staff to ensure service in a manner most pleasing to members and their guests.
Manages complaints from club members, guests, and others by creating and providing solutions that will result in a positive outcome
Assists the AGM in developing an operating budget for each of the department?s revenue outlets; monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to help assure that budgeted sales and cost goals are attained.
Creates and implements all standard operating procedures
Assures a high standard of appearance, setup and cleanliness of dining areas.
Oversees staff schedules to ensure efficiency is met and budgeted labor is not exceeded
Opens and closes clubhouse (including use of security system), as assigned.
Manages and codes product invoices before submitting to the Accounting Department.
Responsible for the acquisition and recruitment of front of house staff; including advertising, interviewing, hiring and training of all personnel.
Consults daily with the Executive Chef, Catering Manager and other club administrators to help assure the highest level of member satisfaction is met.
Assists with all member events and attends BEO meetings to provide communication back to staff that ensures execution of events
Perform all other duties as assigned
