Rhine Auto is currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team. Using our computerized system to locate parts and provide our customers with superior customer service, the Sales Associate performs all tasks related to the sale's process. Customer contact takes place in person, over the phone, and through electronic methods, such as email and messenger. The ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service is essential to this position.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to help grow our business. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, good organizational skills and attention to detail. In a fast paced environment the ability to multi-task is also key. Computer and automotive experience is helpful; however, not required for the right candidate. Comprehensive training is provided to all our employees.
