Accounts Payable / Receivable and Admin Job Opening in denver, Colorado - Accounts Payable / Receivable and Admin A&H Transportation Brokers, Inc. is looking for a great AP/AR and general admin duties. You'll be primarily responsible for invoicing and processing payments received from our clients, payables and cutting checks to pay vendors, as well as general administrative tasks and data entry. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized and good at task and time management. You must be able to work independently in a team environment and committed to making the company successful. Key responsibilities: * Create Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in QuickBooks * Convert Sales Orders into Invoices when they are ready to be billed * Create Bills to pay vendors off of Purchase Orders * Cut checks to pay bills * Process payments received * Preparing deposits * General administrative functions * Data entry / Document generation * Open, sort, and distribute mail * Scanning documents and maintaining the associated electronic files * Other duties as needed Requirements: * QuickBooks experience is a must * MS Office (Word and Excel) experience is a must * A stable work history * Strong communication skills * Detail oriented * Organized * Able to manage work load (task and time management) Benefits: * We offer benefits toward Medical, Dental, and Vision Compensation: * $25,000 Annually Please send a COVER LETTER along with your RESUME to jacob@ Please enter "job posting" in the subject line. denver co colorado
