Full-time Contract to Hire

We are seeking an Accounting Manager/ Controller with strong background in the medical field preferably home health specific experience. Responsibilities would include monthly budget control, financial reporting, prepare schedules for annual audit and other audits as needed. Record and reconcile revenues and expenses.
Requirements:
Payroll Administration
Reporting and Management
Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principals
Working Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standard budgeting
Efficient use of current technology tool utilizing a variety of software applications including Excel, QuickBooks, Accounting softward and Cloud based applications
Ability to verbally communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting in a healthcare related environment (home health care experience a strong plus)
5-7 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor?s Degree in accounting or sufficient experience
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
