Director of Operations Finance Job Opening in Greenbelt, Maryland - Our client, a Government Contractor in Greenbelt/Laurel Area is looking for a Director of Operations for their Finance Department.
This candidate will:
Provide Program Finance leadership support to a broad and diverse portfolio of Programs
Develop, implement and manage Earned Value Management baselines, including compliance with ANSI, DCMA and Contract Requirements
Develop, implement and manage indirect rates
Develop, report and perform variance analysis of annual financial plans and monthly financial forecasts
Develop accurate and timely customer invoicing
Provide support to and interface with Contracts and Subcontracts function
Develop and motivate a team of finance professionals
Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, CFO and Corporate Controller
Requirements:
10+ years Government contracting experience in finance functions (Program Finance, EVM, Indirect Rate , Invoicing and FP&A)
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Thorough understanding and application of Cost Accounting Standards, GAAP, FAR
**UNANET financials experience strongly preferred**
