Mayfair Business Media is seeking a TEMPORARY, BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) Administrative Assistant to work part time in the afternoon. Essential Duties: � Answer the telephone, greet visitors, receive and distribute mail. � Send out correspondence via email, fax and mail on behalf of the account executives and project coordinators. Requirements: � 2 years of experience as an administrative or office assistant � Type 50 wpm. � Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. � Ability to multi-task and prioritize. � Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. � Strong oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. � Detail oriented. � Ability to comprehend and instruct others of company policies and procedures. � Must be able to handle confidential information in a discreet manner. � Personable and flexible � Ability to lift 25 lbs.
