Job duties include assisting in:
Preparing of reports and financial statements
Invoicing of aging AR customers
Payables
Reconciliations
Sales tax filing
Identify Inefficiencies
Experienced in MS Office (Word & Excel)
Proficient with Quick Books mandatory
The successful candidate should also expect to be cross-trained in other office related duties (e.g. scheduling, proposals, receivables collection & monitoring, etc.). Other duties assigned as required.
