Feed Sales and Marketing/Division Manager Job Opening in Montrose, South dakota - This position will oversee sales and marketing of the feed division for Central Farmers Cooperative. This position will ensure compliance with company operations policies as well as company established safety and health standards. This position reports directly to the General Manager/CEO.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties :
Oversee feed sales employees company wide
Effectively manage and administer employee performance and conduct annual performance reviews
Develop and grow CFC?s feed business
Maintain highest level of safety within feed department
Responsible for feed department regulatory compliance
Maintain customer services throughout all interactions
Be a positive advocate of CFC to both patrons and employees
All budgeting and expenses of division
Represent Feed Division at monthly Board meetings
Attend bi-weekly manager's meetings
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
5 years? experience in the feed industry..
5 years proven sales experience
5 years management experience * * Basic understanding of Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software. e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
