Essential Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate uncompromising service standards
Follow Company standards and guidelines
Maintain customer profiles
Meet monthly sales goals
Generate new customers
Educate customer on products and current promotions
Sell retail products
Provide reports and other necessary information to District Manager daily
Participate in off-site networking
Maintain facility
Daily inventory
Position Requirements
High school diploma +
Must be at least 18 years old
2+ years Sales/Customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively
Experience with CRM programs preferred
Able to self-motivate
Attend all mandatory trainings & meetings
Reliable transportation
