Reports to: Divisional Sales Manager
Location: Watertown, South Dakota
Job Summary
Responsible for the development of new business within our existing customer base.
Job Responsibilities
Lead follow up/ prospecting through tradeshows, trade publications, corporate provided lists, direct mailings and phone.
Works with sales manager to set sales goals and forecasts
Set schedules, deadlines, activities for project coordinators.
Assists the sales manager in the year end review process of the project coordinators.
Knows and follows specifications in making sign recommendations to customers.
Able to price some custom product using sales estimating package.
Responsible for ensuring Persona has received proper deposit amounts for projects prior to order placement.
Works with and transitions project?s into the hands of the project coordinators once an order is placed.
Responsible for verifying all final billings prior to being sent to accounting.
Ensures AR is held to acceptable standards that have been set by management.
Responsible for maximizing the profitability of the account through proper levels of I/C, freight markups, SNI, RMA?s, sales warranty, COQ, and custom sign pricing.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Minimum 1 years experience with customer service or sales preferred.
Associates Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical Days and hours worked are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel may be required on rare occasions.
Physical Demands
This position will require an employee to be able to be sedentary for long periods of time in an environment with the noise level of an average office.
