Enterprise Sales Representative Job Opening in Boston, Massachusetts - * Note: This position is based out of multiple cities within the United States (Dallas, Chicago, Denver, Boston, Atlanta)
Job Description:
The position involves strategic, solution-based selling and negotiating skills to nationwide (and global) corporations. The successful candidate will be an aggressive ?hunter? demonstrating a ?sense of urgency? attitude with all leads and opportunities. The focus of the position is on identifying and capturing new accounts necessary to grow the business through cold calling, product demonstrations, and successfully closing new business. Qualified candidates will possess a strong understanding of large scale clients and be comfortable presenting multiple products within all levels of the client?s organization.
This is a high activity, highly rewarding, heavily compensated position. The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for executing on the company?s business growth vision within designated territory. Results, progress, targets, and growth will be tracked in a corporate web-based CRM system. Access will be given to databases and resources for lead generation. Responsibilities include working within the sales organization ?hunting? and prospecting through cold calling, identifying, qualifying, and developing strategies to win multi-million dollar, multi-product opportunities. These strategies will consist of developing and managing sales related projects, delivering software demonstrations via phone and customer location visits, calculating and capturing ROI, responding to RFP/proposal requests, and providing an overall end to end business solution to address the client?s high level business needs. A quarterly quota will be achieved by lead generation, consultative solution based sales abilities, negotiation skills, and diligent follow up and follow through.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:
Experience selling in mid-market and enterprise space
25-50% overnight travel to meet with clients within a designated multi-state territory
Provides a "faster ramp up" period and access to resources
Must be a team player
Experienced cold calling
Expected to take on additional leadership roles and activities
Capable of generating and sharing breakthrough ideas
Proven track record of sales success
Minimum of three years of strategic sales experience targeting C-Levels
Comfortable presenting to C-Levels
Solution-oriented, consultative sales approach
Experience selling to large corporations and presenting to individuals at all levels (ex. operations, finance, marketing, HR, legal, IT, C-levels)
Comfortable clearly and eloquently presenting solutions to executive levels and corporate officers
Superb presentation skills (PowerPoint and software demonstrations)
Complete understanding of the sales process from lead identification through contract execution
Superior communication and negotiation skills; ability to act as a business partner to clients, not a vendor
Ability to write professional RFI and RFP Responses and Proposals
Proactive, forward looking, and able to maintain a long-term, big-picture view
Able to plan for changes, obstacles, and external forces
Strong leadership capabilities
Bachelor's Degree
DESIRED:
Experience selling to F1000 companies
Experience selling enterprise software and professional services
Experience working in or selling to corporations in the hospitality industry
Previous experience in negotiating and closing contracts over $1M
