Sales and Logistics Associate Job Opening in Bonney Lake, Washington - Troutlodge is the worlds? biggest producer of Rainbow trout eggs producing 500 million plus, and we?re based right here in Bonney Lake. With production sites in Western and Eastern Washington, Idaho and Europe, as well as belonging to a Netherlands based, global, multi species breeding company ? Hendrix Genetics ? our scope and our customers are wide and varied.
Due to a recent departure from our office we currently have a vacancy within our sales and logistics team. The role is varied, but will consist of:
Coordinating with sales team and production staff
Accurately preparing freight and health documentation
Preparing price quotations
Accurately entering orders in Salesforce software
Communicating with customers in Spanish and English (both skill essential)
Accurately preparing freight and health documentation
Office skills; must be able to work with excel and word documents
Production of invoices
Contribution to departmental meetings
Rapidly and accurately responding to customers
We are looking for someone with the following:
Mandatory :
Is IT literate
Office Software operational skills (Word, Excel)
Excellent communication skills and demeanor
Has excellent written and verbal English and Spanish skills.
Is positive and brings energy to the workplace.
Beneficial but not absolutely necessary :
Has experience in shipping / logistics
Has experience in the use of Salesforce CRM package
