Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Opening in West Hollywood, California - We are looking for a full time skilled and competent Bookkeeper with excellent bookkeeping background and understands A/P, A/R and G/L functions and a profound knowledge in working with Quick Books Accounting Software. The Candidate must have some skills in the communication, to insure all contacts with Banks, Factor, Vendors and Customers.
Duties are to include also:
- General Ledger maintenance and postings
- Account Receivable review and Collection
- Accounts Payable and their payments
- Bank, Credit Cards and Factor reconciliations
- Working with Factor for credit approvals.
- Disputing Factor Charges Backs when necessary.
- Payroll Preparation and submission to Payroll Service Company, and some basic HR rules knowledge.
Requirements:
Prior experience in Bookkeeping and Quick Books at least 3 years.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multitask assignments
Factor Knowledge and charge backs experience a plus
Able to supervise one or two employees.
Spanish a plus
Bachelor?s degree with an emphasis in accounting or related field
This is a full-time position. Company?s head quarter is in West Hollywood; in the beautiful Pacific Design Center Buildings.
