This position is responsible for the assistance and coordination of the preparation and review of operational financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, financial analysis and other accounting-oriented duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB :
Perform month end close activities and assist with the coordination and review of operational location financial statements.
Prepare monthly reconciliations.
Perform necessary account analysis and review accrual and ledger balances.
Assist the General Accounting Department with monthly financial reports and other analysis.
:
2 to 4 years of general accounting experience including bank reconciliations, general ledger account reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Solid PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PeopleSoft experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with external clients and all levels of employees and management.
Detail-oriented, well organized, self motivated with the ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
