Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant Job Opening in Hacienda Heights, California - AC Infinity designs and sells various home theater and audio video cooling, hardware, lighting, and connectivity products. We are growing at a rapid rate and looking for one individual with the necessary skill set to fully manage all aspects of our company?s bookkeeping and finances. The ideal candidate would be a dependable and organized team-player with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. He or she would have the formal training and experience needed to offer insight on our company?s finances and locate areas for improvement.
Core Responsibilities
Use of accounting software for GL accounts, A/R, A/P, journal entries and adjustments, PO and invoice processing, credit card and bank reconciliations, month-end reporting and closing process, quarterly sales tax filings, vendor and customer account maintenance.
Run and create monthly reports on company?s various finances, and use said data to provide insight and offer recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with and prepare documents for third-party CPA firm for monthly payroll and yearly corporation tax filing.
Collaborate with other team members to develop standards so entries are accurate and properly entered, assist in resolving account issues, and assist in running reports.
Small-office admin duties such as purchasing supplies, managing company?s insurance, receiving mail, freight company coordination, and other support duties.
Requirements
3+ year experience in accounting and bookkeeping,
Degree in finance or accounting
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Quickbooks or Sage50 Peachtree
Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, organization skills, solutions-oriented, and promptness with deadlines.
Dependable and trustworthy team-player that others can rely on.
Professional handling of sensitive information and use of discretion.
Experience in an ecommerce or sales company is a plus but not required.
Work Hours
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm; 1 hour for lunch.
Salary
$42,000 per year
