We have an exciting opportunity on our team for a Contract Associate Recruiter/HR Coordinator. Working with a strong global Human Resources (HR) team, this individual will provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department, with a focus on the recruiting process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include at least the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. ? Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and recruiting team to support hiring and business needs. ? Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals. ? Assist recruiting team to screen applicants, document responses and make recommendations for interview/next steps when appropriate. May complete initial screening for recruiter to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. ? Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. ? Inform potential applicants about company culture, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities ? Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple locations including but not limited to partnering with hiring manager and recruiter to establish schedule, communicate with candidates and hiring manager/s throughout the process, creating interview schedules, reserve interview room/locations, order meals when needed, coordinate travel, and greet candidates and ensure interview schedules are followed. ? Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. ? Maintain applicant tracking system and other recruiting reports in excel. ? Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations and Human Resources activities. ? Conduct reference and background checks on applicants. ? Performs special projects as assigned to support the Human Resources department. : ? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. ? Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. ? Experience with Taleo, excel, and Microsoft Office products. : ? Bachelors Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience ? 2-3 years of experience in recruitment preferred ? Proven ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Position requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ? Experience with recruiting methods, applicant tracking and project coordination preferred. Physical Demands of Position: ? Work is usually performed in an office setting and could involve sitting, standing, walking for long periods of time throughout the day. ? This position requires considerable concentration and creativity.
