This is a role is for a software developer with significant exposure to Java
Responsibilities:
The design and development of Java-based microservices with persistent backends and REST and AMQP APIs
The implementation of deployment strategies for private (on-premises) cloud clients
Required:
5 years software development experience
Bachelor?s or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
A self-starting work ethic with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization and time management.
Proficiency with Java, JUnit, Maven, Spring Framework, REST web services
Experience with CI/CD, databases (relational and document), distributed systems, OOP.
Preferred:
Experience with RabbitMQ, Vagrant, Docker, Orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with Javascript, Webstorm, Angular JS 2+, Webstorm
Experience with IntelliJ, BASH, Linux, Windows
Experience with REST APIs including HATEOAS
Proficiency with database as code, linked data
Experience with additional languages used for developing microservices
Experience with agile methodologies, TDD (unit and e2e)
Experience at a top-tier software company
