Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Jamaica, New york - Growing Fabric Manufacturer looking for a Full-time Bookkeeper/Customer Service Representative.
Extensive Knowledge of Quickbooks is a MUST and will only consider candidates that have QBs.
Must also have a strong accounting background.
Will be working 4-5 days a office is fast paced and friendly environment and person needs to be quick learners.
Qualification
-Experienced with Quickbooks
-Needs to be organized
-Quick of accounting
Responsibility-A/R, A/P- Bank shipping documents, commercial invoices, etc-Update customer order status
-Prepare warehouse release documents
-Work closely with Taxes filings, commission statement, credit card reconciliation,
Have experience with Import/Export Documents is a plus.
