Job Duties:
Sales - meet daily, weekly, monthly, yearly quotas
Provide great customer service & sales
Cash handling - opening / closing business
Salon upkeep
Compensation:
Pay varies depending on experience. Yearly pay can vary from $20,000-$50,000+ per year depending on experience and personal motivation for full time associates.
We offer intensive training, a base hourly / salary rate, commission on all sales, residual income, personal / store bonuses, vacation packages and paid time off.
