Technical Sales Representative Job Opening in Eugene, Oregon - Nova Display Systems, a display manufacturing and distribution company is looking for Technical Sales Representative for our Eugene Office to assist with sales and technical support.
Job Summary:
You will help provide customer service and creative technical support to end users and resellers for our innovative display systems. Develop and perform inside sales activities to domestic resellers and installers for these products. This is a unique opportunity to combine your creativity and communication skills. We'll provide initial and ongoing training with emphasis on product knowledge and selling skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Advises customers by providing product information and technical specifications.
* Helps customer make product selections by offering suggestions, ideas and valuable options.
* Creates itemized quotes and process sales orders from online requests or direct customer contacts.
* Keeps clientele informed by confirming orders via email, fax or phone and notifying them on the order status, shipping dates, tracking, price updates, product availability, etc.
* Takes inbound customer calls and handles incoming e-mails requests.
* Follow up with customers to ensure successful integration of our products.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Research and resolve customer concerns.
Skills:
* Must have experience in customer service, sales and technical support.
* Ability to professionally, communicate concepts, detailed explanations, and instructions in a clear straightforward manner.
* Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
* Ability to learn quickly, process high call volume, and think outside the box.
* Self-starter, goal oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Punctual and self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision.
* Friendly, goal oriented, with a positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to read CAD drawings and blueprints with strict attention to details.
* Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
* Experience with graphical software, basic drafting, or interior design is a plus.
