Possibilities for Change () is seeking a Marketing/Sales Manager to plan, develop and implement the delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy in line with the objectives for our company. In collaboration with the Possibilities for Change CEO, the manager executes the tactics and strategy to achieve set marketing goals, including planning, budgeting, project managing, writing, developing marketing materials, creating social media and digital content and more.
The Manager is also responsible for oversight and implementation of the lead generation and sales process leveraging Salesforce. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor?s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or public relations and 5+ years of marketing or communication experience and 2+ years of sales management in healthcare or related settings.
This position will begin as part-time 24-30 hours/week with the possibility of increasing to full-time based on workload. Hours may be completed as a combination of in office and at home work environments.
