Controller Job Opening in Enid, Oklahoma - Summary/Objective
The Controller is responsible for managing employees within the Finance Department. The Controller oversees and performs specific accounting functions, such as payroll, accounts payable, inventory, and account reconciliation.
Essential Functions
Responsible for supervising assigned employees within the Finance Department
Assigns and audits the work of direct reports
Assists CFO in development of policies, systems, and processes of major importance
Reconciles bank accounts
Ensures all taxes, payroll, sales, etc. are filed
Supports payroll, and other financial management activity
Reconciles general ledger accounts
Reviews financials
Must maintain confidentiality of all business aspects at all times

Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (CPA preferred)
Strong computer skills
5-10 years experience in Accounting
Supervisory experience required
