General Ledger Accountant Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - JOB TITLE: GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANT REPORTS TO: CONTROLLER
As a General Ledger Accountant, this is what I do:
-Accounting Department Operations
- General Ledger Propriety
- Treasury Functions
-Compliance Functions
- Financial Reporting Funcions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in accounting, business related field or strong experience in an accounting environment preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Self starting, results oriented, deadline driven
Excellent communications skills both orally and in writing
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
Occasionally moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise and supplies weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
without assistance.
Occasionally reaches overhead, including pushing, pulling and twisting with or without bearing weight.
Occasionally required to squat, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch or crawl.
Continuous repetitive motion with hand(s) and arm(s), such as grasping, gripping and turning.
Stands and/or walks occasionally throughout shift
