As a Marketing Director you will
Develop and manage Aptera?s internal marketing strategies, leading the marketing team in achievement of budgeted revenue and expense objectives
Collaborate with various teams including design, web development and software development to create internal integrated marketing and technology solutions
Translate the needs of customers into innovative business models and actionable marketing programs
Develop lead nurturing campaigns to aggressively grow generated leads for Aptera?s various practices
Orchestrate campaigns to drive leads via all channels including advertising, email, website, social media, etc.
Manage a wide range of SEO efforts including keyword development, organic optimization, content optimization, and performance tracking
Guide Aptera?s Content Production Manager in creation and marketing of content for all stages of the funnel
Analyze regular reports to draw intelligent conclusions from the data, prove ROI, define KPI?s and present outcomes to Aptera?s leadership team
Stay ahead of industry trends to create forward-thinking strategies
Provide ongoing training and conduct annual reviews for Aptera?s internal marketing team members
Top skills and experience we look for
BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Master?s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
7+ years of professional marketing experience
4+ years of digital marketing experience where responsible for developing marketing technology solutions and managing a marketing budget
3+ years of management experience
Experience developing and analyzing reports to create and redirect digital marketing strategies
Experience in social media, Pay-Per-Click, paid advertising and ad serving tools
Strong understanding of lead generation and lead nurturing
B2B marketing experience preferred
Marketing automation platform experience, specifically Hubspot experience preferred
Working knowledge and some experience with html coding and website/graphic design preferred
