Sr. Manager- Role Summary The Sr. Manager will lead Digital Integration activities within assigned business groups. Incumbent will have prior implementation experience, providing leadership to investigate, assess and resolve complex challenges. This role is heavily dependent upon financial and analytical acumen to manage budgets, drive IT projects, partnered with ability to communicate with all functional IT stakeholders.
Principal Deliverables:
Shares vision and translates business requirements into team deliverables, with ability to successfully drive projects in terms of scope, deadline and budget.
Provide leadership development, performance improvement, compensation discussions of direct reports. Utilize influence to garner necessary support, leveraging internal/external relationships to drive objectives.
Work with broader IT to set strategy, budgets, resources and hardware to set project scope and team deliverables, eventual reporting and validation for planned projects.
Provide guidance to address barriers in technical design or architecture to drive implementation of frameworks, and workflow to the extent of publishing technical specifications and documentation.
Identify, select and manage third party contractors and vendor suppliers to meet objectives.
Required Experience:
Expert software development expertise, preferably in technologies and SQL Server databases.
Demonstrate strong capability to utilize Agile Methodology to deliver IT projects of large scope, to include prior work with Mobile application partners and integration experts.
Scrum Master (qualifying experience or certificate)
Required Competencies:
EBS and Hybrid Integration
Responsible for budget, financial oversight with ultimate responsibility for sales projections.
Ability to delegate, drive project results through the management of IT professionals (including offshore) within matrixed organization.
Set and manage schedules, advisory for objectives, and goals with ability to motivate members to meet significant long/short term business challenges.
Has ability or desire to nurture an industry presence through publication or speaking engagements.
Experience:
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
3 - 6 years' effective leadership communication
8+ years' experience as a software developer
8+ years' experience working with Microsoft technology ( MVC, Entity Framework, Web API)
8+ years' experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases
Objective C, C++ and/or Java programming.
Exposure to Swift, understanding of middleware and server-side technology highly desirable
Education
Undergraduate degree and 10+ years' relevant experience, or
Graduate degree and 8-10 years' relevant experience.
