Client Relationship Manager (Energy Storage) Job Opening in Santa Clara, California - Green Charge is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and manage relationships with existing and new clients. You will play a key role in onboarding and training new clients on our energy storage system platform and troubleshoot billing and invoicing inquiries. A strong applicant will be organized, motivated, laser-focused, and can quickly learn our business.
This is a full-time position located at HQ in Santa Clara, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage relationships with existing and new clients
Onboard and train new clients on how to utilize our energy storage software platform
Train our partners on our process, tools and software platform
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through surveys, reviews, soliciting feedback and onsite visits.
Quickly resolve client issues around billing, invoicing and technical troubleshooting
Work with internal teams to improve our post sales client experience and invoicing accuracy
Present clients with add on demand response or other power consumption incentive solutions to maximize revenues on our energy storage system
QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS required
3-5 years of experience in the power and energy sector
3 years? experience managing long term customer accounts
Strong organizational skills, process development and refinement skills
Strong writing skills, proofreading, attention to detail required
You have strong relationship management skills: engaging, motivating, communicating, and executing.
Self-starter who can thrive with minimal oversight
