DRMC is seeking a vibrant, energetic, and experienced Surgical Services Director.
Description:
Responsible to ensure that Surgical Services patient care is delivered in accordance with the Mission and Philosophy of DRMC and in compliance with HFAP standards and all other state and federal regulations. The Director establishes annual goals and objectives and a budget that supports DRMC strategic operational and Performance Improvement plans. The Director is responsible for the development of the unit leadership that is capable of meeting goals, recruiting and retaining staff, mentoring and coaching staff, conserving material resources and developing positive relationships with patients, physicians and families.
Requirements:
California RN license, AA degree in Nursing; Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of Five (5) years progressive experience in surgical services required.
