Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an Entry Level Full-Time Healthcare Credential Coordinator at our downtown San Diego UNI branch.
Position summary:
Update nurse candidate database in terms of accurate contact information, qualifications and quality services documentation
Create urgency and gain commitment throughout entire process to enhance candidate profiles with accurate and relevant work history, education, skills and reference information by articulating Quality Services purpose and process in order to expedite placement process
Communicate timely updates of Healthcare Provider document status with all internal stakeholders (e.g. Recruitment Team, Account Management) via email, phone, etc. to facilitate a team approach to gathering all required documents
Effectively communicate with recruitment team on missing credentials and contact candidates with updates on clearance process
Requirements:
1 year + experience in an administrative or coordinator role
Computer competence with Excel, Word and proprietary applications
Previous experience in staffing, healthcare, audit, or quality positions
Ability to use personal computer, applicant tracking system and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Professional demeanor with excellent skills
Bachelors degree from an accredited university
