Operations Coordinator Job Opening in Watford City, North dakota - Are you looking for an exciting professional role that can launch your career? Frac Shack is currently seeking a team- focused Operations Coordinator for the Watford City office who has a great can-do attitude and wants to build a career with us!
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is located in Watford City, North Dakota and plays a supportive role in a variety of areas. The Operations Coordinator may perform any or all of the scheduling and coordinating duties for the Frac Shack America Operations Team for various geographical areas of the U.S., as assigned from time to time.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
Scheduling field staff including booking flights and accommodations
Primary responsibility for updating, tracking and scheduling within the Scheduling Software
Coordinating equipment allocation with the Fleet Coordinator and the Operations Manager
Occasional purchasing and shipment of items for field and office operations
Managing tech support for field staff (laptops and phones)
Reviewing and enters employees time sheets into Workforce Now
Reviewing Timesheets and comparing against schedule
Reviewing field invoices for accuracy (work order vs. call sheet)
Generating purchase orders
Scheduling field operations
Preparing Operational Packages for field personnel/projects
Conducting New Hire Orientations which include HR and Payroll
Other duties as required
On-call availability (evening and weekends)
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
A minimum of intermediate knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Internet Explorer
Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills
Experience using accounting software an asset
Lives in the Watford City area
Can-do attitude is a must
Strong team player who is willing to go above and beyond
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Always approachable and professional
Able to keep several projects moving forward at once
A professional telephone manner
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable contacting vendors, customers, and staff via phone or e-mail
Ability to prioritize is a must
