To apply, candidates must have very strong written and verbal communication skills, Must be organized and able to work in a fast paced envirerment. . Responsibilities: -order materials and schedule crews -manage ar -file insurance paperwork - answer phones and take complete and accurate messages - data entry in various software including QuickBooks, - general clerical duties including filing, - maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Education and Experience: - extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software - knowledge and experience of operation of standard office equipment - knowledge and experience of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping - knowledge and experience of principles and practices of basic office management - experience with A/P and A/R Required Characteristics and skills: - HS Diploma - excellent communication skills - written and verbal - type 20 wpm - ability to work independently - clear understanding of debits and credits - Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize - problem assessment and problem solving - information gathering and information monitoring - attention to detail and accuracy - flexibility Position is full time. $12-$14/hr based on experience.
