The selected candidates will work throughout the lifecycle from design to development, deployment and support of all tiers of the application. You will be working on challenging projects in a highly deadline-driven Agile environment so adaptability and flexibility are other attributes that will be important.
What is expected of the Java Developers at this company??
You will leverage your knowledge of JEE-based web architecture and related technologies including Java, J2EE, Spring, AJAX, and GUI Experience relational database connections. Any expertise with Adobe CQ5 is a huge plus and this is the CMS that you would be working with (Hint: This is the chance to work with NEW technology!!). Any additional CMS experience is a plus. You must be able to communicate effectively, be task driven and willing to adapt to changing project demands and priorities. A good understanding of the object-oriented paradigm is a must for this position. Excellent analytic skills and the ability to identify problems and provide solutions efficiently with minimal direction also will be a factor in your success.
