Audio Video Specialist Job Opening in oneonta, New York - Audio Video Specialist Job Summary Cleinman Performance Partners, Inc. (CPP), is a rapidly growing, business development consultancy providing organizational solutions to North America?s most successful and progressive optometry practices. The company seeks an A/V Specialist to manage the entire spectrum of its audio and visual needs. The A/V Specialist will capture, edit, catalogue, post and present relevant audio and visual content in a variety of specific formats including on-line instruction for our resource library, web-based marketing initiatives to promote the company, and for presentations at national meetings. At certain events, the A/V Specialist will represent the company as meeting manager, overseeing all facets of one-day presentational needs. Essential Functions ?Perform all pre, post and production functions required to meet CPP video needs, including videography and editing. ?Manage a library of Cleinman A/V products drawn from internal and external sources. ?Provide full technical support in editing and implementing A/V deliverables and services. ?Provide complete meeting and presentation support at certain offsite Cleinman events. ?Administration of production infrastructure, including hardware, software and other equipment. ?Assure proper setup, operation, breakdown and transport of A/V equipment. ?Liaise with onsite and offsite personnel to ensure that A/V and other meeting needs are met. Desired Requirements ?Minimum three (3) years experience in related field. ?Proficient in professionally recognized A/V editing software and pre/post/production activities. ?Ability to travel across North America (50% travel). ?Excellent multi-tasking skills. ?Excellent customer service skills. ?Ability to interface successfully with internal and external clients at multiple levels. ?Easily adapt between team-based and independent work projects.
