Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor
Pay Rate: $50-55K/Year
Start Date: ASAP
Direct Hire: Full-time ? Permanent role
Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM
Location: Conshohocken, PA
Job Summary: The AP Supervisor will be responsible for the direct supervision of accounts payable coordinators in the processing of invoices. In addition, they will ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems and the reconciliation of checks to process invoices.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and supervision to accounts payable coordinators while ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices
Prepare, oversee, and manage the process of printing checks and submission of bank files
Oversee the application of invoice uploads and ensure all invoice discrepancies are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain and oversee the administration process of Telecom Invoice
Oversee the vendor maintenance form review, completion and process
Manage the stop payment and check void process
Job Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree preferred; associate?s degree required
2 to 5 years of Accounts Payable experience
2 to 5 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of and utilization of Microsoft NAV
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft office basics (excel, word, and access)
