We are seeking dynamic individual with a positive mind set who can make a difference and is driven by results. The successful candidate will be able to close the sale with the power of persuasion.
You will be part of a team focusing on inbound/outbound phone sales. You will be responsible for calling on warm leads and closing immediate sales, no cold calling involved. The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, highly self-motivated and possess strong verbal & communication skills.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Utilize consultative negotiation/sales skills to identify sales opportunities
Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions
Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture
Ability to learn product suite quickly
Experience:
High energy with a desire to sell in an incentive based environment
Experience working in a fast paced, competitive environment
Previous telesales experience a plus
