This person will be responsible for growing advertising revenues through the consultative sale of both print and digital solutions including newspaper, specialty publications, direct mail, digital display, SEO, PPC, social media, mobile, website development and other local products and services.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to maximize revenue potential to meet company/business objectives, demonstrate consultative sales skills, have strong analytical and research capabilities to develop multi-media proposals and presentations to potential clients; must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be capable of executing dynamic presentations, have exceptional problem solving abilities, demonstrate excellent MS Office capabilities.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidate must be an aggressive sales professional with proven sales success in developing new business in addition to managing a book of business. Prior media sales experience required with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Work independently to identify, propose and present multi-media solutions to existing and prospective businesses in Leavenworth.
Engage and strategize with advertising clients to demonstrate GateHouse Media's value proposition and how we can assist them in meeting their marketing objectives through a variety of digital products and services.
