3C Institute is seeking a creative, motivated, and team-oriented professional to help lead our business development team.
3C Institute is a research and development (R&D) company specializing in social, emotional, and behavioral health (). We create custom software applications for online professional training and healthcare promotion for academic institutions, non-profits, and socially minded companies. 3C?s proprietary web and game engines offer cutting edge personalization and interactivity and are proven effective through decades of research with end users.
Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities for monetizing 3C?s products and technologies
Lead conference calls and webinars with potential clients to define their needs and demonstrate 3C?s capabilities
Create accurate project cost and time estimates based on client requirements and existing 3C work commitments
Generate detailed statements of work (SOW) based on client specifications
Create draft contracts using 3C?s templates
Create marketing collateral to support sales efforts
Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and in writing
Highly self-motivated
Creative problem-solver
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Education & Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in marketing, psychology, education, or related field
Experience with sales in a software development company a plus
Experience in the behavioral sciences or educational field a plus
Salary & Benefits:
Salary based on education and experience level, competitive with central NC area.
Commission fees based on sales success.
