Tax Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Southern Pines, North carolina - Michael R Holden, PLLC, a growing accounting firm in Southern Pines, is seeking a highly motivated person to join our team for the 2018 tax season.
The candidate will scan, organize, and input tax documents into our document system accurately and in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate has a familiarity with organizing and categorizing various tax documents. The candidate must be detail oriented and possess exceptional organization skills. This is an entry level position that requires a willingness to learn, and a team player attitude.
Our ideal candidate must commit to attending training from October 4th- 6th, 2017. In addition, this candidate will ideally work part-time from October 2017 to January 2018, then transition to full-time from January until mid-April, 2018. We hope that this candidate will continue on a part time basis after April 2018.
Requirements:
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
Committed to working the 2018 tax season full-time.
