Sales Representative For A Digital Media Agency Job Opening in Ringwood, New jersey - Stellation Media is a full service digital media agency located in West Milford New Jersey and we are looking to hire individuals for our sales team. We are currently 8 months old and looking to expand rapidly in the north east. We are moving into a new office August 1st which will have an awesome millennial environment? very laid back and chill however when it comes to work, it?s a different story. We close deals, make our clients? money and put more back into our pockets. Work hard play hard, kind of deal.
Training is available, no experience necessary. Our CEO has put together a very in-depth training that provides you the A-Z guide for success. We are looking for ambitious, hungry individuals. If you have the desire to learn we will work with you on a daily basis to help hit your goals. Our compensation is VERY aggressive.

Sales reps will earn commission three different ways.
Every deal that is signed, the sales rep will receive a 50% commission from the monthly package they sold to a client. This is a one-time occurrence. Our packages range from $750-$1500
The sales rep will receive a 15% monthly commission indefinitely until the client ends the contract. The 15% commission comes from the total price of the monthly package the client purchased.
Example: A sales rep signs a client on a $1500 a month package. The sales rep will receive $750 as a one-time payment. Every month, the sales rep will receive $225 until the client ends the contract.
