Intern Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - Coordinate participant wrap-around services by collaborating with subcontracted community based organizations and associations to ensure appropriate services are provide, including but not limited to: healthcare, mental health, chemical dependency(prevention and/or treatment)education, employment, safety, shelter, counseling, case management, mentoring, life-skills training, food, clothing, transportation, pro-social leisure and recreational activities, and other intervention and prevention services. an Individualized Service Plan for each youth following initial meeting(s) and Needs Assessment. crisis intervention and guidance at-risk population served. services in a manner that expedites the meeting of contract requirements and program outcomes linkages with community agencies as a means to coordinate services. in the coordination of services and program development in a multi-disciplinary team setting. as a positive adult role model to clients including: ongoing feedback, accountability, positive discipline, limit-setting and confrontation, emotional support, effective communication skills, personal hygiene/self-care, healthy interpersonal relationships, and conflict resolution skills. conflict between clients when necessary.
