Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - Based in downtown Chicago (the River North area) and founded in 1854, Law Bulletin Media is a digital information provider delivering essential information and services for legal and real estate professionals. We seek an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk with a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Receivables Clerk will post, reconcile and update customer accounts using appropriate systems. This position also requires collecting a portion of the company?s outstanding accounts receivable and assembling invoices to mail/e-mail to customers.
:
HS Diploma, some college preferred
1-3 years of accounts receivable experience
A moderate understanding of GAAP is a plus
Basic PC skills including Word and Excel software
