JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for taking inbound inquiries from customers and our outside sales team to offer customer and sales assistance, make product recommendations and facilitate all aspects of the sales process. Working extensively in supporting our customers and outside sales team responsibilities will include CRM data entry, quoting, order checking, customer follow up, and tracking. Works with internal departments to develop and execute sales strategies to grow overall sales volume.

Ability to utilize CRM system for capturing customer information and generating customer quotes
Will be the primary backup to Customer Service Department when needed
Ability to pursue customer needs assertively and follow-up with customers to ensure highest customer satisfaction

Experience
2+ years of successful sales experience required
Prior inside sales experience preferred
Understanding and experience in industrial sales and manufacturing industry a plus
High interest in developing into an Outside Sales role

General office environment.
Normal office noise level, with occasional moderate noise.
