Accounting Manager Job Opening in Jacksonville, Florida - Catering Company and Restaurant in search of Accounting Manager for downtown location.
Office Hours Monday ? Friday, 40 - 50 hours
Requirements and Job duties:
MUST have knowledge of QuickBooks
Knowledge of ADP workforce now software
Reconcile all income statement and balance sheet accounts; review for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries
Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
Monitor and reconcile multiple bank accounts, credit and debit cards.
Prepare deposit and cash reports
Month End Close accounting and reporting
Process payroll bi-weekly
Track and pay commissions and bonuses
Set up and maintain employee benefits
Able to work both independently and cooperatively.
High level of initiative and self-direction. Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to meet time deadlines efficiently and accurately.
High level of confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 to $52,000.00 /year
