Business Director Job Opening in Largo, Florida - A well known Living community is seeking a Business Director to oversee
accounting and human resources functions. This position is also responsible for handling issues such as new hire orientation, benefits administration, and payroll, maintains files and does general accounting duties. This position reports to the Executive Director and may be required to supervise other staff positions.
Requirements:
Associate?s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college
Must be comfortable with HR roles and functions
One to two years related experience in related role
Must enjoy working with the Senior population
Excellent computer skills
Experience in Yardi is a plus
