Job Requirements
Associate?s Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred
Must have valid and clean driver?s license in state.
Minimum three years experience, preferably home care experience and/or experience in a customer service oriented health care industry.
Ability to compose effective written and oral communication with a customer service focus.
Ability to positively influence people and demonstrate positive work attributes to coworkers.
Must have proven expertise in problem solving concepts, practices and procedures.
Excellent phone etiquette is mandatory.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
