Our client based in San Antonio, Texas is looking to bring on a dynamic sales professional to join their winning team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be given all the tools to succeed quickly! Excellent base pay + monthly commissions!
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage the Sales Process to increase weekly sales
Qualify Prospects
Conduct Needs Analysis Meetings and Tours
Analyze Selling Opportunities
Prepare and Present Solutions, Proposals, Cost Analysis, Presentations & Physical Samples
Handle Objections
Negotiate Rental Service Agreements and obtain credit applications
Communicate Installation Information to Customer
Manage a territory to create new prospective accounts for the company
This includes but is not limited to:
Cold Call on businesses to gather information and set appointments
Phone Call on businesses to gather information and set appointments
Prospect using a variety of tools such as , internet, trade publications, association meetings, and other appropriate methods etc.
Maintain timely and accurate information in Salesforce
Prospect, Contact, Account and Opportunity details
Information from prospecting,
Information from qualifying
Information from selling activities
Calendar Management
Safely drive a personal vehicle to appointments, cold calls, employee sizings, etc.
Job Requirements :
Provide safe and reliable vehicle with a valid driver?s license, clean driving record and current insurance
Strong ?Salesmanship Skills? including prospecting, qualifying, identifying prospects needs, presenting, handling objections, closing and negotiating
Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
Effective Time and Territory Management Skills
Computer Knowledge and skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce
Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Self-motivated
Honesty, and provides respect to others
