We are a start up Paintless Dent Repair company. Our company is expanding rapidly and we are looking for people interested in being a part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting, training, and managing sales staff.
Meeting with vehicle owners to educate them on the claims process.
Inspecting hail damaged vehicles and completing paperwork.
Reserving rental cars and schedule vehicles for drop off at the shop.
Marketing and lead generation for new prospects.
You will need experience managing sales people as your pay is directly tied into the performance of your salesmen.
PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) is a process by which dents are gently massaged out and the metal is restored to its original condition. The main benefit of PDR is that the vehicle maintains its integrity and is not devalued in any way.
The most common objections are:
1 - People don't have $500-$1000 lying around to spend on a dinged up car.2. Rental Car - People don't have $600-$700 to spend on a rental car.3. Insurance Premiums - People are afraid of their insurance premiums going up.4. Time - Most people "don't have time to mess with it" or cant afford for their car to be in the shop for a month and a half.
Our Solution :
We waive the deductible . That's right, we pay the deductible up to $500. sometimes $1000
We provide a rental. Right again, we provide a free rental from Enterprise at no cost.
Premiums do not go up because it's considered an Act of God and not an at fault.
